  The house was great and close to the venue my daughter had her wedding at.

  The house is very nice and roomy. Sitting on 5 acres gave a nice sense of privacy as well. As we were attending a wedding at "Old Town", the location was perfect.

  I was so excited about going to this place and when I got there it met my every expectation. My guest also love this place. I would definitely highly recommend.

  We couldn’t have been happier ! The house was beautiful and luxurious, very spacious, and so convenient, as it was 3 mins from the wedding venue we were there for . And Kali was very quick to respond to any questions we may have had …. We didn’t want to leave !

  Loved, loved the house....absolutely huge and very comfortable. Very peaceful and quiet but still close to things. We enjoyed the pool especially at night. Breakfast (eggs, bacon and oj) were provided along with coffee which was a very nice touch. Would definitely stay here again!

  Perfect location for our granddaughter’s wedding. Very comfortable beds that easily accommodated 6 adults and 3 teenagers - plus our dog. Large kitchen and dining area allowed us to eat breakfast in.

Communication was great.

  Words cannot describe this place. I picked the place for my 28th birthday celebration. It was a small group of 6 of us.   Our stay was amazing and perfect! The host was responsive and helpful during our entire stay! This place is beautiful and was very accommodating for our large family.

  This is a beautiful home with more space than you could think of, in a very pleasant area. We enjoyed the complimentary grapes, cheese & wine but were elated about breakfast being on hand!!

My family was able to gain a new experience and spend time with one another with no hassle, no one was disappointed!!

  Landscaping could be managed better

  We stayed for a wedding at Texas Old Town right around the corner. The house was more spacious than expected and the grounds were very well maintained.   This is a beautiful house with everything you need, everything is clean and a very pleasant place.
We loved the special touch of the wine and cheese waiting for us and a breakfast compliment of the house.

  Its a very calm and relaxing stay. San Marco's river is very close by and fishing areas too. Everything here was perfect!

  Sheri is the best hostess we have ever had. The house is beautiful and very clean. It exceeded out expectations. The lights and furniture outside made for a romantic, welcoming evening with the family. It was lovely.
